The familiar red volumes of ABPC appeared annually in book form from 1895 to 2005. Beginning in the mid-1950s ABPC covered auction sales in Great Britain as well as in America, and since the early 1970s it has covered auction sales in many parts of the world.

ABPC covers literary materials from all periods and countries. Why, then does its name start with "American"? Because when it began there was a similar British publication called Book Prices Current, and back then one covered English sales and the other covered American sales.

Currently available is Volume 110 (September 2003 through August 2004), at $165.00, including shipping and handling. Please note that Volume 110 is the final volume that we have published in hard copy. We now publish in CD-ROM form only, though we are working on an online version.
